Tattly is a small Brooklyn business selling high-end, US-made temporary tattoos created by well known artists and illustrators. We sell direct to our customers via tattly.com but also have a growing list of retailers all over the world. You can find us in such store as MoMA, Blick Art and Nordstrom. 

We are looking to find a heart-centered individual to take over the role of our Sales Manager (Wholesale and Custom)You'll get to work with a lot of cool companies that are looking to stock Tattly or create their own designs! Past customers include NPR, NYTimes, MoMA SF, Mailchimp, Slack, The Tonight Show, Sephora, The Obama Foundation, Spotify, JCrew, & the Women's March.

We're looking for a heart-centered individual with solid business-to-business sales and account management experience. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales models and meeting sales targets set together with the management team. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Planning and organizing company sales strategy including strategies for different markets
  • Driving and managing the entire sales process – actively engaging incoming sales opportunities, identifying client solutions, negotiating, and closing
  • Generating new business through proactive selling and leveraging existing relationships, prospecting, conducting market analysis and cold calling
  • Overseeing and handling Custom Tattly Sales together with Stephanie, our Wholesale Manager
  • Managing existing key accounts, developing relationships, building brand presence and sales in assigned channels
  • Together with the sales and marketing team, creating marketing concepts for your accounts and implementing them
  • Advising accounts on forthcoming product developments and special promotions
  • Organizing and attending  trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations to showcase Tattly products
  • Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Calculating and preparing offers for your different customers
  • Checking the quantities of goods on display and in stock with your accounts
  • Manage all vendor compliance guidelines and transactions within 3rd party portals and liaise with internal fulfillment team
  • Forecast sales and product demands in accordance with established goals for WS channel
  • Nurture and guide our Rep Groups

REQUIREMENTS

  • You are a kind, heart-centered human
  • You possess a talent for sales and have great organizational skills
  • You have a growth mindset and are highly motivated
  • You are self-confident and have strong communication skills
  • You are a good negotiator and think creatively
  • You have an enthusiasm for design and the arts
  • You have experience working in the gift industry and/or with Rep Groups
  • You have a track record of over-achieving quota in past sales positions
  • You have experience and enjoy managing a small team
  • You have experience in a business­-to­-business sales role
  • You are comfortable using enterprise level software to manage sales (Netsuite)
  • You love and are not afraid to use GIFs
  • You love dogs
