    Do you have an order minimum if I want to create a Tattly?

    We do! Because of the cost it takes to set up the printers, we have a minimum order of 1000 tattoos per design, or 1000 tattoo sheets that contain multiple graphics. Cost depends on size, so get in touch for a free quote!

    How long does it take to make a Custom Tattly?

    Standard turnaround time is 3-4 weeks from artwork approval and payment. We do offer a Rush Service Delivery in 10 business days from artwork approval and payment! (*Rush Service not available for metallics.) Please email us at custom@tattly.com if you need to get started right away! 

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes! We love working with clients around the world. Please note that with international shipping, purchaser is responsible for all international freight, taxes/duties and customs-related fees.

    What format should we use for files?

    Tattly work best when printed using a vector file. We prefer EPS or Adobe Illustrator files. We can print from very high resolution JPEG and TIFF files if a vector isn’t available.

    Do the number of colors on my Tattly matter?

    Nope! Prices are the same for one color or multiple colors.  Unfortunately, we cannot mix full-color printing with metallics.

    Are custom Tattly safe?

    Yes! All Tattly are safe for skin and fun for all ages. They are printed with a vegetable-based ink and comply with FDA regulations. 

    Can my Custom Tattly order feature branding or additional information?

    Of course! A portion of the back of the Tattly paper is reserved for branding content. Depending on the size of the Tattly, we can place anything from a black and white logo, URL information, a hashtag, or catchy slogan.

    Do Tattly come packaged?

    Our loose custom Tattly do not come packaged. We do offer a variety of packaging options; please contact us for more information and pricing.
